Workflow & Milestones

1.  ONBOARDING (Initial Payment - 50%)

  • We’ll begin with a Discovery Call to understand your needs and confirm our engagement.

  • After this, you’ll receive an invoice for the Initial Payment to secure your project slot.

  • We’ll then gather all necessary details and hold a Kickoff Call to start the project.

2.  FIGMA DESIGN

  • We design the homepage first, followed by Revision 1 for your feedback.

  • Once the additional key pages are designed, we’ll carry out Revision 2.

  • After your approval, we move to development.

3.  WIX STUDIO DEVELOPMENT (Second Payment - 25%)

  • We’ll invoice you for the Second Payment before starting development.

  • Desktop development is completed, followed by Revision 3.

  • Next, we optimize for tablet and mobile, and carry out Revision 4 (Final Review).

4.  LAUNCH (Balance Payment - 25%)

  • We’ll send the final invoice before the site transfer and launch.

  • Handover includes training, SEO setup, and a smooth transition to launch.
